1. Purpose
This Confidentiality Policy describes how Viaabl Infolabs LLP, operating under the brand name BluMonc (“we”, “our”, “us”), protects confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information shared during consulting, advisory, or execution support engagements.
This policy applies to all users, clients, and engagements unless a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:
- Internal work documents, reports, and artifacts
- Business processes, workflows, and operating models
- Employer or client-related data
- Strategy documents, roadmaps, and plans
- Screenshots, system views, credentials (masked), and recordings
- Notes, analysis, and materials derived from shared information
Confidential Information may be shared verbally, visually, electronically, or in writing.
3. Our Confidentiality Commitment
We commit to:
- Treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential
- Use such information only for the purpose of delivering agreed services
- Not disclose, share, sell, or distribute Confidential Information to any third party without explicit written consent
- Restrict access to Confidential Information to only those necessary for service delivery
- Apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Confidential Information
4. Client Authorization & Responsibility
By sharing any information with us, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right and authority to share such information
- Sharing the information does not violate any employer, client, contractual, or legal obligations
- Any confidential third-party information shared is provided at your own discretion and risk
We are not responsible for unauthorized disclosures made by the client.
5. Exclusions from Confidential Information
Confidential Information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available without breach of this policy
- Is independently developed without reference to client information
- Is lawfully obtained from a third party without confidentiality obligations
- Is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order
6. Legal Disclosure
If disclosure of Confidential Information is required by law or regulatory authority, we will:
- Disclose only the minimum information legally required
- Take reasonable steps to notify the client, where legally permitted
7. Retention & Destruction
Confidential Information is retained only for as long as necessary to:
- Deliver services
- Meet legal or regulatory requirements
- Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Upon completion of services, information may be securely deleted or archived in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
8. Survival of Obligations
Confidentiality obligations under this policy survive:
- Completion of services
- Termination of engagement
- Cancellation of accounts
9. Relationship to NDAs
Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) exists, the NDA shall prevail in case of any conflict with this policy.
